Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in assigned regions
- Build and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare channel sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline
- Meet industrial clients within the assigned territory for business generation
- Manage dealers and oversee secondary sales
- Develop and expand channel partner networks
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
- Contribute to organizing technical symposiums
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline ; MBA/PGBM will be preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales of Industrial Products
- Prefer candidates with B2B industrial sales experience (Safety or MRO products)
- Knowledge of Industrial belts in and around designated areas
- Experience in dealer management is preferable.
- Should be open to travel 15 - 20 days in a month.
- Should be exceptionally good in communication.
- Should be well versant with the local language of the respective locations
