Position: Interior Designer

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and functional interior designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, working drawings, and material selections.
- Develop 3D interior designs and realistic visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and monitor design implementation.
- Select suitable materials, colours, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Prepare presentations and design concepts for clients.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, budget, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software ( AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Sketchup, Lumion. etc.) and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and interior design concepts.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role within the interior design or architecture field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
