Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Primary School.
- ECCEd, B.A., M.A., B.Ed., or higher qualification preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Kalyan, Dombivli, Thakurli, Palava, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, and nearby areas will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Smart, creative, responsible, and hardworking personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Capability to coordinate academic and co-curricular activities.
- Ability to maintain discipline and ensure smooth classroom functioning.
- Leadership qualities and team management skills will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective classroom teaching.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Maintain student records and classroom discipline.
- Coordinate with school heads to ensure smooth school operations.
- Participate actively in school activities, events, and meetings.
- Contribute towards the overall growth and development of the institution.
