About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and creative Videographer & Reel Creator who lives and breathes social media trends. If you're passionate about creating engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, and viral social media content, we'd love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling everything from concept creation and shooting to editing and publishing content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and trend-driven Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the brand's goals and audience interests.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer stories, product videos, and event coverage.
- Add transitions, effects, captions, and trending audio to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.
- Manage video equipment and ensure high-quality production standards.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong videography and mobile content creation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media algorithms.
- Creative storytelling and content planning abilities.
- Ability to identify and quickly execute trending content ideas.
- Basic photography skills are an added advantage.
- Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
