AI/ML Engineer (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-based applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems, along with backend development experience.
You will be responsible for developing scalable AI solutions, working on RAG pipelines, AI agents, and real-time applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Build LLM-based applications such as chatbots, assistants, and automation tools
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Work with LangChain and LangGraph for AI agents and workflows
- Develop backend services using FastAPI and Python
- Work with vector databases and embeddings for semantic search
- Handle real-time systems (chat/voice-based applications)
- Integrate third-party APIs (LLMs, STT, TTS, etc.)
- Optimize system performance, latency, and scalability
- Collaborate with team members to deliver production-ready solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with FastAPI / REST APIs / WebSockets / Web RTC
Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Solid understanding of ML/DL concepts
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
NLP & LLMs
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Working knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Groq, LLaMA, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM workflows
AI Systems & RAG
- Strong understanding of RAG pipelines
- Experience with vector databases (ChromaDB, Mongodb atlas vector, Pinecone, FAISS)
- Familiarity with embeddings and semantic search
Databases
- Experience with:
- SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB)
Tools & Frameworks
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph (agent-based systems)
- Knowledge of Docker (containerization)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
