Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Fashion Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers to help bring our upcoming collections to life—from initial mood boards and trend research to final production samples.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Trend Analysis: Assist in researching current fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and silhouettes to help build seasonal mood boards and concept presentations.
- Sketching & CAD Design: Translate conceptual ideas into detailed flat sketches and digital renderings using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Tech Pack Creation: Create and maintain accurate, detailed Tech Packs (technical packages) that include flat sketches, measurement charts, material specifications, and construction details for manufacturers.
- Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Help source fabrics, hardware, and embellishments, and organize the design team's textile library.
- Sample Tracking & Fitting Assist: Follow up on the status of prototype samples with factories, prep garments for fit sessions, and take meticulous notes during fit adjustments to update tech specs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with merchandising, development, and production teams to ensure design timelines and cost targets are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Technical Sketching: Strong proficiency in creating digital flat sketches (CADs) in Adobe Illustrator is a absolute must.
- Textile Knowledge: Solid baseline understanding of garment construction, pattern making, draping, and how different fabrics behave.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when managing multiple tech packs and sample deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and overseas vendors.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your design process, digital sketching abilities, tech pack examples, and creative vision is required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
