Main Responsibilities:
- Guide them to express their systemic diseases if any
- Verification of case sheets from A Scan for medical advise, Blood sugar report and avoid unnecessary wait time of the patients
- Crowd management during peak hours of counseling
- Ensure the smooth functioning of cataract counseling in escorting, patient service etc.,
- Ensuring patient records while receiving from A Scan, and correctness of the records while escorting.
- Assess the patient wait time and make it as quality time by issuing pamphlets, leaflets etc.,
Reduce patient wait time through monitoring, assessing and avoid unnecessary waiting time
Self-motivation to sustain the momentum of spirit in the department would encourage the patients’ to listen
