Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can communicate with potential customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Explain products/services to customers
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM
- Ability to handle customers professionally
