Job Role
The F&B Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, or banquet operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and discipline.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/store department.
- Support in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Train and guide team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and food handling regulations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
