Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Scan to BIM to lead our Scan to BIM team and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in point cloud processing, BIM modeling, project management, and client coordination. Candidates must have prior experience managing a team of 5–6 members while ensuring high-quality project execution within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Scan to BIM projects.
- Handle and mentor a team of 5–6 Scan to BIM Engineers/Modelers.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Process and review laser scan/point cloud data.
- Develop and review accurate BIM models (LOD 200–500) using Revit.
- Ensure project quality, accuracy, and adherence to client standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct technical reviews, quality checks, and resolve project issues.
- Prepare project reports, delivery schedules, and project documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvements and team productivity.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Scan to BIM projects.
- Proven experience in managing a team of 5–6 members.
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Recap, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Hands-on experience with terrestrial laser scan and point cloud data.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery timelines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, or a related field.
Preferred
- Experience working on international Scan to BIM projects (US, UK, or Middle East) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
