Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, SCCM, and in-place device migration.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
- Lead a device migration workstream from AD/SCCM to Entra ID/Intune.
- Design and execute in-place migration strategies with minimal user disruption.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, app deployment).
- Develop PowerShell scripts and leverage Azure Automation to streamline migration.
- Integrate and utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows to automate migration processes and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot device enrolment, policy, and deployment issues.
- Ensure proper Entra ID integration, compliance, and security controls.
- Document processes and support post-migration optimisation.
- Provide post-migration support, KT and optimization of endpoint management processes.
- Design, create and deploy the configuration and policies using a ring approach.
Required Experience
- Experience leading migration workstreams/projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Proven experience migrating devices from AD/SCCM to Entra ID/Intune.
- Expertise in in-place device migration.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience with Azure Automation (Runbooks, Logic Apps).
- Experience with SCCM, Entra ID device join and identity management.
- Experience with Intune configuration and automation.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Ability to drive and own deliverables.
- Detail-oriented with focus on user experience.
