About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales for Residential & Commercial Real Estate Projects in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing teams, developing business strategies, and ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial projects.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize project performance.
- Manage and mentor sales managers and sales teams.
- Handle key client relationships and support closure of high-value deals.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for business execution.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Build channel partner and broker networks to increase business generation.
- Review sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales lifecycle management.
- Support business expansion initiatives across target markets.

- Experience managing residential and commercial project sales.
- Proven track record of team handling and target achievement.
- Strong network within Mumbai real estate market preferred.
- Experience handling channel sales and direct sales models.
