Responsibilities –
· Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations.
· Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order completion.
· Manage manpower, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency.
· Ensure adherence to quality standards and production SOPs.
· Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
· Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and implement process improvements.
· Prepare production reports and track performance against targets.
