(1)Oversee laboratory operations, testing activities & quality control systems.
(2)Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), GMP, and GHP requirements.
(3)Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain quality standards.
(4) Manage quality documentation, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and regulatory records.
(5) Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
(6) Conduct internal audits, vendor audits, supplier approvals, and quality assessments.
(7) Lead employee training programs on food safety, quality standards, GMP, and GHP practices.
(8) Ensure calibration of equipment, pest control management, and control sample maintenance.
(9) Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and strengthen food safety standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
