Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows using robotic process automation tools.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and API usage.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
