Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for BPO operations. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving hiring targets, managing recruitment channels, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business hiring demands.
- Manage job portals, employee referral programs, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as offer-to-join ratio, TAT, and hiring productivity.
- Coordinate with operations and stakeholders for manpower planning and requirements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Monitor team productivity and hiring quality.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance to improve performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and business leaders to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Analyze hiring trends and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure timely reporting of recruitment performance metrics.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in BPO/ITES hiring.
- Prior experience as an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition or Team Lead – Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to managing recruitment teams and achieving high-volume hiring targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
