Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager / Team Leader to lead our inside sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. This is an office-based role with no field work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage and monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions.
- Convert leads into business through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Train, mentor, and support team members.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing or Team Handling.
- Experience in the Stock Market, Broking, Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach and team management ability.
