About the Internship:
Topper Shiksha is looking for energetic and ambitious interns who want real-time exposure in Business Development, Field Operations, and Education Sales. This internship is perfect for candidates who want hands-on experience rather than just desk work.
Roles & Responsibilities:1️ Field Work Exposure
- Visit schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
- Present Topper Shiksha’s practical-based programs (Robotics, AI, STEM).
- Conduct basic presentations and meetings with decision-makers.
- Collect market insights and competitor analysis.
2️ Social Media Lead Generation
- Generate leads through platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & WhatsApp.
- Engage with prospects and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain lead database and update CRM sheets.
- Support digital marketing campaigns.
3️ Channel Partner Coordination
- Assist in onboarding new channel partners.
- Learn follow-up strategies with existing partners.
- Track partner performance and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain communication.
4️ Team Handling & Coordination
- Assist senior managers in handling local teams.
- Support in planning field activities.
- Participate in strategy discussions.
- Learn reporting & performance tracking methods.
