Job Summary
Walkaroo International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Material Coordinator to support the smooth availability and movement of materials required for manufacturing operations.
The role involves coordinating with internal departments, monitoring material requirements and deliveries, maintaining records, and directly communicating with vendors. The candidate should be comfortable with occasional travel to vendor locations for follow-ups, coordination, and resolving material-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to understand material requirements.
- Monitor material availability and ensure timely supply to support production activities.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material orders, availability, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Visit vendors when required for direct coordination, material follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding delays, shortages, quality-related concerns, and other material issues.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, stock movement, and pending requirements.
- Track pending materials and regularly update the concerned departments.
- Assist in identifying material shortages and coordinating timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper documentation related to material movement and vendor coordination.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth and uninterrupted material flow to the production department.
- Prepare basic reports and updates related to material status and vendor follow-ups.
- Perform other material coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Willingness to travel locally to vendor locations when required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualification
- Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical/manufacturing discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years in material coordination, stores, purchase, production, or a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,221.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
