Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Automobile Trainer / Instructor who can train students in both theory and practical aspects of automobile technology. The trainer should have in-depth knowledge of modern automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and workshop procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom and workshop sessions on automobile systems such as Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Braking, Electrical, and Electronic Systems.
- Provide hands-on training on vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Ensure students understand both theory and workshop safety practices.
2. Curriculum & Lesson Planning
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and practical demonstration modules.
- Update training material based on latest automotive technology trends.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
3. Student Assessment & Guidance
- Conduct practical tests, viva, and theory evaluations.
- Motivate and mentor students for better learning and placement readiness.
4. Workshop Management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and training vehicles in the workshop.
- Ensure all practical sessions are conducted safely and efficiently.
5. Coordination & Development
- Work closely with management and placement team to align training with industry requirements.
- Participate in industrial visits, guest lectures, and technical demonstrations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering/CTS (Craftsmen Training Scheme).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the automotive industry or as a trainer in a reputed technical institute / workshop.
- Good communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and service procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of BS6 technology and EV (Electric Vehicle) systems.
- Familiarity with OEM-level service procedures.
- Ability to operate vehicle scanners and technical measuring tools.
- Team leadership and mentoring ability.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
