We are looking for a skilled professional to design, optimize, and scale our cloud-based data architecture and high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines.
Role Snapshot

- Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month (CTC)
- Core Tech Stack: Azure Databricks | Synapse Analytics | Microsoft Fabric | PySpark | SQL
What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain robust end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale datasets.
- Modern Cloud Stack: Develop data workflows using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, Notebooks, and PySpark.
- Modern Architecture: Manage Lakehouse and OneLake centralized storage to power enterprise analytics.
- Migration & Optimization: Migrate legacy databases (e.g., Teradata) to Azure SQL/Synapse SQL, and optimize queries/storage routines for maximum performance.
- Automation: Automate data workflows using Azure Functions and ADF triggers, creating resilient monitoring and alerting systems.
- Database Management: Build and refine SQL Server objects (stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions).
- Operational Excellence: Support recurring monthly runs, forecast jobs, and provide operational support across shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and weekend on-call as needed).
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and key client stakeholders to deliver production-ready datasets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in cloud data engineering and big data processing.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and ADLS.
- Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on experience (6+ months) working with Fabric Pipelines, Data Factory, and Notebooks.
- Tech Skills: Advanced PySpark, Delta Lake, and expert-level SQL/SQL Server skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or a related field (MBA or equivalent technical degree preferred).
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., DP-700) are a strong plus!
