Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant with strong expertise in ticketing, travel planning, and customer handling. The ideal candidate should be able to manage both domestic and international travel requirements while ensuring excellent customer service and high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight ticketing for domestic and international travel.
- Plan, customize, and sell domestic & international tour packages.
- Manage hotel reservations ensuring best pricing and availability.
- Provide excellent client handling and customer service, assisting with itinerary planning and travel-related queries.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end travel arrangements for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for smooth bookings andconfirmations.
- Maintain booking records and timely follow-up on payments.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years in Travel & Tourism / Ticketing / Tour Operations/Visa.
- Familiar with air booking portals(preferred).
- Knowledge of hotel booking platforms & tour package, itinerary creation,Visa ,Ticketing.
- Excellent English, Malayalam & Hindi communication.
- Strong sales & negotiation abilities.
- Good customer service attitude, problem solving skills, and patience.
- IATA certification highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
