Job Overview
Chate Homeopathy Clinic is looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong patient relationships by handling follow-up calls, appointment coordination, patient support, and accurate record management. This position requires excellent communication skills along with the ability to use clinic software and digital tools efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Contact patients for regular treatment follow-ups and monitor their progress.
- Call patients to remind and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Follow up with patients who have missed or delayed their clinic visits and encourage treatment continuity.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely coordination with the doctor or clinic team.
- Provide accurate information about appointments, treatment schedules, and clinic services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
- Update patient records, follow-up notes, and appointment details in the clinic management software.
- Maintain daily call logs, reports, and patient data using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or other digital tools.
- Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff to ensure smooth patient communication and service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi. English communication is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a polite and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and use clinic management software.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic office applications.
- Good typing speed and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle patient conversations professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a healthcare/clinic environment is preferred but not mandatory.
