Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients over calls, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to potential customers
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture leads
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
