Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, provide project information, and generate quality opportunities for the sales team. The role focuses on lead qualification, customer engagement, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth lead movement through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment needs.
- Qualify leads and share relevant project details with potential clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Ensure timely response to customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with sales executives for lead handover and closure support.
- Maintain daily call records, lead reports, and performance MIS.
- Engage with prospects and build initial trust and relationship.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team.
- Support marketing campaigns by following up on generated leads.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling ability.
- Good understanding of sales process and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks.
- Real estate experience preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, CRM, or real estate sales preferred.

Pay: ₹20,090.22 - ₹27,472.79 per month
