Job Description
SM Talent & HR Consulting is hiring an Quality Control JR Officer for a pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing company specializing in topical formulations.
The candidate will be responsible for quality control testing, laboratory analysis, documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QC testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Handle laboratory instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, Karl Fischer, pH Meter, Refractometer, and Analytical Balance.
- Perform HPLC analysis of raw materials as per approved analytical methods.
- Conduct titration and other routine chemical analysis.
- Record, review, and maintain QC laboratory documentation.
- Analyze test results and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Prepare and review QC reports, SOPs, and analytical documents.
- Follow GMP, GLP, safety, and laboratory procedures.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations and quality-related activities.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant qualification
- Experience: Relevant experience in QC, preferably in pharmaceutical/topical formulation manufacturing.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in HPLC and laboratory instruments will be preferred.
