Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple interior design projects from concept through completion.
Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
Maintain project documentation, budgets, contracts, and meeting minutes.
Assist in obtaining quotations, purchase orders, and approvals.
Schedule site visits, client meetings, and team coordination meetings.
Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Support the design team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an interior design, architecture, or fit-out company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and vendor coordination is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
