Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Real Estate to drive sales growth, expand our client base, and build strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sales
- Build and manage relationships with investors, corporate clients, and HNI customers
- Promote real estate projects through presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth closures
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and regulations (RERA preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple deals and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
