The role involves being the first point of contact for patients — handling calls, answering queries, guiding patients, managing follow-ups, and coordinating appointments with empathy and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling patient enquiries and calls
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Following up with patients and maintaining communication
- Assisting patients by clarifying basic doubts and providing support
- Coordinating with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, patience, and a warm, patient-friendly approach.
