Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales activities, understanding customer requirements, promoting the company's ERP solutions, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to opportunity creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
- Identify and generate qualified leads using platforms such as Google, Apollo, 2GIS, and Lusha.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP software solutions.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule online and on-site product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Conduct initial product presentations and communicate key features, benefits, and business value.
- Prepare and share commercial proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations and proposal submissions to progress sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, meetings, and sales opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and target industries to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.)
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or B2B software sales is an added advantage.
