Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist who will own our entire digital lead pipeline — from social media management and content creation to AI-powered lead generation, qualification, and handoff to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns targeted at premium villa and plot buyers
- Use AI tools to identify, score, and qualify high-intent leads before passing to the sales team
- Build and manage automated lead nurture workflows via WhatsApp and email
- Track CPL (cost per lead), lead quality, and conversion rates; optimise campaigns accordingly
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, source, and follow-up notes
Social Media & Content
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels for Victoria Realtors and Dharmic Homez
- Create and execute a weekly content calendar including project showcases, reels, testimonials, and market updates
- Produce short-form video content (reels, walkthroughs) using AI-assisted editing tools
- Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and grow organic community
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Tamil Nadu and Kerala real estate
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, leads generated, and ad spend
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign targeting and content strategy
What We Are Looking For
Must have
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and digital lead generation
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (lead gen campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences)
- Active working knowledge of AI tools — ChatGPT, Canva AI, ManyChat, or similar — for content and lead workflows
- Strong lead qualification mindset: ability to filter genuine prospects from cold inquiries
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Fluency in Tamil and English (written and spoken)
