Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead a team of sales managers and executives; drive performance and accountability.
- Identify and build relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to final closure.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor mapping.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align business objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Report KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage high-ticket property deals independently.
- Deep understanding of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
