Job Summary:
The Liaison Officer will act as a key link between the company and external stakeholders, including government departments, regulatory bodies, vendors, and partners. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination, approvals, compliance, and communication for cold chain and agri-infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government departments (Agriculture, Horticulture, APEDA, NHB, etc.) for approvals, licenses, and subsidies
- Handle documentation and follow-ups for project registrations, inspections, and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, banks, and partner organizations
- Assist in project execution by ensuring timely clearances and support
- Track and update status of applications, permissions, and official communications
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and official discussions
- Support in tender processes, proposals, and government schemes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms related to cold storage, warehousing, and logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in agriculture, infrastructure, or cold chain sector
- Strong knowledge of government schemes and departments
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to handle documentation and coordination efficiently
- Willingness to travel for field visits and official work
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with cold storage / pack house / agri projects
- Good understanding of subsidy-based projects and approvals
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹15,889.76 - ₹25,491.26 per month
