Job Description We are looking for confident and friendly professionals to join our UK Outbound Voice Process. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to UK customers and collect basic information required to identify and qualify potential leads. You will engage customers in a professional and courteous manner, ask relevant questions, understand their requirements, and accurately record the information obtained during the conversation. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to UK customers. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. - Ask relevant questions and collect required information. - Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive conversation. - Accurately record customer information and responses. - Identify and qualify potential leads based on the information collected. - Maintain professionalism and quality standards throughout every interaction. What We're Looking For - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. - Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience. - Friendly, confident and engaging personality. - Ability to communicate comfortably with UK customers. - Strong listening and interpersonal skills. - Good attention to detail. - Ability to build rapport quickly. - Reliable and committed to meeting responsibilities and targets.
