Job Description:
Supplier Quality Engineer (MRB & SQ) – Bangalore
Role: Manage MRB activities, supplier quality, and resolution of non-conforming materials to support production continuity.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily MRB review, inventory control, and Oracle transactions

Raise and track supplier issues (SSP SCM), drive SIM2 updates

Support containment, sorting, and rework activities

Manage RTV (RMA, logistics, customs) and scrap processes

Execute SAM audits and manage PPAP approvals (SOD, PFMEA, PSW)

Validate ASL (SAM, MPN, derogation, distributor, Q-disc)

Drive re-PPAP for high-risk suppliers

Monitor MRB/IQC inventory, aging, and monthly reporting

Support internal, customer, and finance audits

Engage suppliers through regular reviews and process audits
(External) English Qualifications:
Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or Equivalent+ 8–14 yrs in Supplier Quality/MRB
Skills: PPAP, PFMEA, audits, ERP (Oracle), supplier management
