Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Training Resource – LabVIEW Software to deliver high-quality training programs on LabVIEW and related National Instruments (NI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions, developing training content, mentoring students, and supporting project-based learning to enhance participants' technical skills and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on LabVIEW programming for students, faculty, and professionals.
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, lab manuals, assignments, and assessment modules.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions and guide participants in developing LabVIEW-based applications.
- Train learners on concepts such as:
- LabVIEW Programming Fundamentals
- Data Acquisition (DAQ)
- Instrument Control
- Signal Processing
- Real-Time Applications
- FPGA Basics (preferred)
- Industrial Automation Concepts
- Provide hands-on support for projects, capstone assignments, and research activities.
- Assess participant performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Update course content based on the latest LabVIEW releases and industry trends.
- Coordinate with academic and technical teams for training schedules and laboratory readiness.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, software licenses, and training documentation.
- Support certification preparation for National Instruments (NI) certifications, where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Certification in LabVIEW or National Instruments technologies is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in LabVIEW programming, technical training, or application development.
- Experience in conducting classroom and hands-on laboratory training is preferred.
- Exposure to industrial automation, embedded systems, or data acquisition systems will be an added advantage.

- Strong proficiency in LabVIEW Software.
- Knowledge of National Instruments hardware and DAQ systems.
- Good understanding of instrumentation, sensors, and measurement systems.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
