About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical business analyst to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about business analysis, process improvement, and technology. You will work closely with senior team members to understand business requirements, analyze processes, prepare documentation, and support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather and analyze business requirements from internal teams and clients.
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), business proposals, and user stories.
· Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, and documentation.
· Conduct market and competitor research.
· Assist in identifying business problems and recommend effective solutions.
· Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
· Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes (MoM).
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test results.
· Maintain project documentation, reports, and project trackers.
· Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, research, requirement analysis, and reporting.
Required Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
· Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and the ability to effectively use AI in day-to-day work.
· Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI assistants for documentation, research, data analysis, presentations, and requirement gathering.
· Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Microsoft Visio, or similar collaboration tools is an added advantage.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
· Internship or academic project experience in business analysis is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
