Sales Team Member – Chennai

Experience: 1 – 3 Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate assigned projects across Chennai
- Conduct site visits with prospective customers
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with channel partners, clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely updates on sales progress and customer requirements
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for site visits
- Customer relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive approach
- Real estate sales experience is preferred
