The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with creative teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of event specific presentation needs and thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and understanding of their objectives.

Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.

Gather detailed client briefs for eventspecific presentations and ensure alignment on deliverables.

Collaborate with creative teams (designers, motion graphic artists) to ensure presentations meet client needs.

Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

Oversee the creation of eventready presentations, ensuring they align with the event’s objectives, theme, and brand guidelines.

Ensure presentations are designed for large screens, projectors, or other eventspecific formats.

Provide realtime support during event rehearsals or live events, making adjustments as needed.

Gather and communicate client feedback to creative teams, ensuring revisions are implemented seamlessly.

Conduct quality checks on presentations and other deliverables to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or eventfocused agency.

Proven experience managing eventspecific presentation projects is a must.

Familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for presentation design.

Basic understanding of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage high profile clients.
