Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion. This role involves building strong sales pipelines, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and representing the brand through various outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through multiple channels including partnerships, events, and digital platforms
- Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
2. Client Acquisition & Conversion
- Engage with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Present services effectively and convert leads into customers
- Maintain strong follow-up processes to improve conversion rates
3. Channel Partner & Outreach Management
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners
- Coordinate and participate in outreach activities and events
- Expand network to enhance lead generation opportunities
4. Brand Awareness & Market Presence
- Represent the organization at local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Support branding initiatives to increase visibility and awareness
- Ensure professional brand representation at all touchpoints
5. Customer Experience (Pre-Sales)
- Ensure a positive experience for potential clients during initial interactions
- Address queries and provide accurate information
- Build trust and credibility with prospects
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to understand trends and customer preferences
- Perform competitor analysis and provide actionable insights
- Gather feedback from prospects to improve offerings
7. Operational Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and conversions
- Ensure proper documentation and KYC processes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Engage with existing leads to nurture and convert them
8. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and sales processes
- Clearly communicate terms and conditions to clients
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies
9. Learning & Development
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales and communication skills
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
- Continuously improve sales techniques and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence clients
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
