Required Experience:
6 to 10+ years in ServiceNow
Hands-on across multiple modules:ITSM (must-have) , CMDB (must-have)
At least one of: CSM, SPM, or GRC
Strong experience with:Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Integration Hub / REST / SOAP
Experience managing enterprise-scale instances.
Must-Have Traits
Opinionated about platform governance
Strong bias toward simplification and standardization
Able to operate independently (critical in your setup)
Nice-to-Have
ServiceNow certifications (CSA + CIS modules)
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Exposure to HRSD.
