Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers regarding import shipment status and documentation.
- Handle customer queries through calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain shipment records and update internal systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments and shipping lines for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely communication and customer support throughout the shipment process.
- Assist in documentation and operational activities related to imports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics domain.
