Job Summary:
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and team coordination. The role involves supervising junior staff, handling guest interactions, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Job Requirements:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Supervise and guide junior GSAs and service staff during shifts.
- Monitor daily operations and report to Restaurant Manager
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
