Senior Architect
Role: Lead design and execution from concept through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive architectural design development and project delivery.
- Produce accurate construction sets, technical details, and 3D visualizations.
- Manage project timelines, design quality, and cross-functional coordination.
- Resolve technical constructability challenges.
- Lead client communication to align design goals with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in architectural practice.
- Software (Mandatory): Expert-level proficiency in Rhino and SketchUp.
- Core Skills (Mandatory): High attention to detail and professional client coordination.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and documentation standards.
- Core Competencies: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proven design execution capability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
