Admin Manager
Job Location: Bihar Sharif
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, documentation, and vendor management skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations
- Manage daily office administration activities and support overall business operations.
- Maintain records, files, databases, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, couriers, and office communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, and other administrative documents as required.
Facility & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, stationery, and office supplies.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and procurement activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of office infrastructure and facilities.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Employee Support
- Provide administrative support to employees and management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation arrangements when required.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction-related activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain contracts, agreements, invoices, and other important records.
- Ensure proper filing and document management practices.
- Support compliance, audit, and administrative reporting requirements.
Coordination & Communication
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on pending administrative tasks and requests.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Administration, Office Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, Office Operations, or a similar role.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Schools, Educational Institutions, Preschools, Colleges, or the Education sector will be preferred.
- However, candidates with relevant administrative experience from any industry are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
