Quadient Workflow Engineer
Are you passionate about Customer Communications Management (CCM), Quadient Inspire, and Azure Cloud? We're looking for an experienced Quadient Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise document workflows while building scalable, cloud-based integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Quadient Inspire workflows (Designer, Scaler, Interactive & Automation).
Build and maintain end-to-end document lifecycle workflows for print, email, and digital communications.
Integrate Quadient solutions with BlueCrest print and mail systems.
Develop Azure-based integrations using ADF, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and REST APIs.
Create data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure services.
Optimize workflow performance for high-volume document processing.
Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services.
Experience with BlueCrest (Pitney Bowes) integrations.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT, workflow orchestration, and data integration.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and CSV.
Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
