Telecalling Executive — BESS Sales (Maharashtra)
TwarIT is building the sales engine behind Maharashtra's battery storage boom — working with HT power consumers, luxury homes, and EPC companies to bring BESS + EMS + Hybrid Inverter solutions to the customers who need them most.
We're looking for someone to own the first conversation in our sales funnel — qualifying leads from our own database and setting up our presales team for the close.
What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to a warm, proprietary database — not cold calling
Qualify leads against a clear checklist (connection type, bill size, backup needs, decision-maker)
Book confirmed presales appointments
Log every call in CRM and hit daily/weekly targets
What we're looking for:
* 1–3 years in outbound telecalling, telesales, or BPO
* Confident spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi
* Comfortable following a script while still sounding human on the phone
* Curiosity about energy/battery storage — no technical background needed
