Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data in CRM system regularly
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate with sales team for lead tracking and conversion
- Maintain proper documentation of bookings, agreements, and payments
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports from CRM
- Track customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
- Support post-sales activities like possession, documentation, etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
