About Biofrost : Biofrost is India's first cryotherapy-based topical pain relief brand — cold therapy that replaces ice packs for fast, cooling relief from pain, soreness and swelling. Our range (Pain Gel, Roll-On, Spray) is sold through doctors, physiotherapists and chemists. We are expanding our field sales team across metro cities.
Eligibility (Please Read Before Applying) Only candidates with proven pharma field sales experience are eligible for this role. Applicants without prior experience selling pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare products in the field will not be considered. This opening is for metro cities only.
No Age Criteria — open to all age groups. Selection is purely on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
● Visit doctors, physiotherapists, orthopedic clinics and chemists daily within your assigned
territory.
● Promote and sell the Biofrost product range; build strong relationships with healthcare
professionals and retailers.
● Generate prescriptions, secure orders and ensure product availability at the counter.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and grow your territory month on month.
● Log every visit, lead and order in the company app and submit daily field reports.
Requirements (Mandatory) :
● Proven pharma sales / medical representative (MR) field experience.
● Own smartphone (Android/iOS) — for visit logging, lead capture and daily reporting.
● Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence — for daily territory coverage.
● Good communication skills and knowledge of the local territory.
Compensation & Benefits :
● Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
● Travel Allowance: ₹200 per field day (paid over and above salary).
● Incentive: Up to 14% on monthly sales — uncapped.
● Realistic monthly earning potential of ₹35,000–₹60,000+ for strong performers.
