Salesforce Admin/Developer — AI-Native Systems Integrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to support customer Salesforce implementations and provide practical feedback on our AI-powered Salesforce org scanner.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly competent in Salesforce, has strong admin/developer fundamentals, and can quickly understand whether Salesforce configurations, automations, permissions, and implementation plans are correct and useful.
You will help implement Salesforce solutions for customers, review scanner findings, and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams so our tools reflect real-world Salesforce best practices.
This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Duties
Support Salesforce implementations for customers, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Build and modify Salesforce solutions using standard platform tools such as objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and related features.
Use Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, or integrations when needed for implementation work.
Review Salesforce org scanner outputs and provide feedback on whether findings are accurate, useful, and actionable.
Help identify Salesforce issues such as broken automation, unused configuration, permission risks, dependency problems, and implementation anti-patterns.
Provide Salesforce subject-matter expertise to product and engineering teams.
Document implementation work, testing notes, and feedback clearly.
Work with an AI-native systems integrator team focused on making Salesforce implementations faster, safer, and more reliable.
Requirements
4+ active Salesforce certifications.
Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, permissions, data models, deployments, and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and clearly explain what is wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it.
Experience with Salesforce implementation work for real business users.
Comfort working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed team.
Nice to Have
Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, or Salesforce CLI.
Experience reviewing Salesforce orgs for technical debt, broken configuration, unused metadata, or security issues.
Interest in AI-native workflows and the future of Salesforce implementation.
